PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resealable with improved productivity by shortening the time required from filling to airtight sealing, configured to stably store an unsealed can component with a small occupancy space and, further, to improve flexibility in designing a can body, and to provide a method of filling the resealable can with contents.;SOLUTION: The resealable can 1 includes: a shoulder member 3 which has a neck part 5 formed on the upper side and is penetrated in the vertical direction; a seal member 4 fitted to the neck part 5 so as to be resealable; and a bottomed can body 2 doubly seamed below the shoulder member 3. The shoulder member 3 is configured to receive the seal member 4 from below before double seaming. The inner surface of the shoulder member 3 has a support receiving surface 42a which is supported by the seal member 4 when receiving the seal member 4, and the outer surface of the seal member 4 has a support surface 50a which supports the support receiving surface 42a.
