A method for producing a whole aromatic liquid crystal polyester resin compound and method of manufacturing the wholly aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin is disclosed, aromatic hydroxy carboxylic acid, and method of manufacturing the said whole aromatic liquid-crystalline polyester resin, aromatic diol given molar ratio and a step of polycondensation of raw material monomers containing a mixture of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. A method of manufacturing said whole liquid-crystalline polyester resin compound includes a method of producing the wholly aromatic liquid crystal polyester resin.
