PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement charging control method or the like which can use attractive content prepared by an individual as the advertising content of an advertiser.;SOLUTION: An advertisement charging control server stores account information for charging for every ID. When advertising content is browsed from a terminal for a browser, a disclosed server transmits the advertisement identification information including the advertiser ID and the preparer ID to the terminal for the browser. Then, the terminal for the browser transmits a charging request including the content of the advertisement identification information to an advertisement charging control server. Then, the advertisement charging control server transfers predetermined sum information from the account information of the advertiser ID to the account information of the preparer ID based on the charging request.
