PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide time information to a radio terminal device, without adding special parameter.;SOLUTION: In the base station device 1, a time acquisition section 2 acquires a current accurate time from an external time source 10 and synchronizes a clock such that the time acquisition section 2 itself is made to synchronize with the current time. On the basis of the current time acquired by the time acquisition section, a report time information generating section 3 generates time information to be reported. A radio transmitting section 6 reports a time information t₀, at the time of a frame number 0 on a perch channel and reports the frame number on each of communication channels. A radio terminal device acquires the time information t₀, at the time of the frame number 0 from the perch channel; acquires the frame number from the communication channel; and acquires the current time from the time information t₀ at the time of the frame number 0, the frame number and the frame length.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
