PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a third party except a person oneself from spoofing and being authenticated regardless of a method for falsifying bioinformation, in bioinformation authentication. PSOLUTION: A CPU (Central Processing Unit) 11 collates a finger vein image recorded in a collating finger vein image file 51 with a finger vein image captured by a finger vein acquisition device 30 to obtain similarity (hereinafter referred to as present similarity). The CPU 11 compares a prescribed threshold value with the present similarity, and decides the collation success in the case of (the present similarity)(the threshold value). When the collation success is decided, the CPU 11 next obtains the maximum value of the past similarity in reference to the similarity obtained in the past, recorded in a collation history file 52 as "referrable". The CPU 11 compares the maximum value of the past similarity with the present similarity, and decides that spoofing is performed in the case of (the present similarity)(the maximum value of the past similarity).
