PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a substance having pro-filaggrin production promoting actions, filaggrin production promoting actions or pore conspicuity inhibitory actions among highly safe natural products and to provide a pro-filaggrin production promoter, a filaggrin production promoter or a pore conspicuity inhibitor comprising the substance as an active ingredient. PSOLUTION: The pro-filaggrin production promoter, the filaggrin production promoter and the pore conspicuity inhibitor are obtained by including the extract from Rosae Fructus (a dried ripe fruit of Rosa multiflora) therein.
