PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation device which is installed easily and has a high strength.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device 100 comprises a photovoltaic power generation panel 101 and a panel mounting frame 103. The panel mounting frame 103 is configured by combining unit pipes which are scaffold pipes. The panel mounting frame 103 includes base members 103a, post members 103b and connection members 103c. The connection member 103c connects the neighboring post members 103b. The connection members 103c are included in the base members 103a. Namely, the connection member 103c connects lower portions of the post members 103b inside of a groove for base formation. Therefore, by including the connection member 103c connecting the neighboring post members 103b within the base member 103a, the post members 103b and the base member 103a can be integrated strongly. Thus, a strength in the case where the photovoltaic power generation panel 101 is mounted on the panel mounting frame 103, in particular, a strength to a wind load can be improved.
