PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, a disaster countermeasure reporting system, a server, a disaster countermeasure reporting method, a control program, and a recording medium, which are capable of supporting/assisting a user in not only a specific facility like his or her house but also where the user has gone, or the like in accordance with user's circumstances at the time of the occurrence of a disaster and are capable of changing disaster countermeasure information to be reported, in accordance with where the user exists. PSOLUTION: A mobile phone 30 includes a position information acquisition part 23 for acquiring a position of a main body of the mobile phone 30 and a disaster countermeasure information reporting part 25 for selecting disaster countermeasure information corresponding to the position of the mobile phone 30, which is located by the position information acquisition part 23, out of a plurality of preliminarily prepared disaster countermeasure information to report the selected information to the user when a disaster occurs.
