P To provide a method for manufacturing hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymerization rubber, by which the hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymerization rubber having high Mooney viscosity and excellent shape stability and excellent processability can be obtained successfully. PSOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymerization rubber includes the steps of: hydrogenating such a conjugated diene-based polymer that an alkoxysilyl group and a (protected) primary amino group are bonded to a polymer comprising a conjugated diene unit at the least and the vinyl bond content of the conjugated diene portion is 20-70% so that the hydrogenated rate of the conjugated diene portion is ≥ 50% to obtain a hydrogenated diene-based polymer; and reacting at least one compound of metal halides and organic acidic compounds with the obtained hydrogenated diene-based polymer to obtain the hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymerization rubber.
