PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural component unit which is a small component adapted to construct structures of a building such as a roof, a wall, a floor, a ceiling and a stair by assembling a plurality of the same and to provide a construction method to enable the building to be constructed using the same.SOLUTION: A structural component unit has three through-holes, a large diameter hole, a small diameter hole and another small diameter hole, arranged in this order from a front side to a back side. Two structural component units with identical shapes are assembled with the orders of the through-holes of respective structural component units arranged opposite to each other and integrated with bolts which can connects a predetermined number of the structural component units. A structure such as a wall or a floor can be constructed by fixing a plurality of integrated structural component units with positions of the through-holes of the respective integrated structural component units shifted each other. In a similar manner, the structure such as a stair can be easily constructed by diagonally layering the plurality of integrated structural component units.
