PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user notification server which is inexpensive and allows a user to know easily a position of an object when a target point is not clear beforehand, and to provide a user notification system and a user notification method.;SOLUTION: The user notification server 10 obtains beforehand the information of a commodity sold at a store which has a store terminal 30 from the store terminal 30 and stores it. The commodity information includes the position information of the commodity which is currently sold. The user notification server 10 receives, from a portable terminal 20, registration information on the commodity which the user desires to perform notification and stores it. The user notification server 10 discriminates whether the position information of the commodity which the portable terminal 20 has registered when receiving the position information from the portable terminal 20, and the received position information of the portable terminal 20 is within a limit of a predetermined distance.
