PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and economical chlorine reduction method for a waste automobile shredder dust generated at a large amount, and to provide an effective use method for the waste automobile shredder dust. PSOLUTION: Rubbers are removed or reduced from the waste automobile shredder dust, and the waste automobile shredder dust removed or reduced in the rubbers is utilized as a material for manufacturing a cement or a fuel by charging it to a cement manufacturing facility.
