Fourier transform mass spectrometry (FTMS) the method of processing the data, has with the step which executes the fourier transform of portion of time domain transition and that the step which identifies the signal peak which shows the existence of the ion from the data which is converted. Furthermore even then, this information, when being converted, can be applied by all data set. As a substitution, after the part where all data set differs being converted it can correlate. As for all noises because it is random, false peak is the expectation which occurs in the position where it differs at the time of two part converting.
