PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and effectively determine the validity of an estimated integer wavenumber, and to improve the estimation reliability of the integer wavenumber and a position of a receiver.;SOLUTION: An estimation state determining section 130 determines whether a real wavenumber estimated by a real wavenumber estimating section (a wavenumber position estimating section 110) is correct based on the number of observation quantities (the number of observation quantity satellites) obtained by an observation quantity obtaining section, the number of the real wavenumbers (the number of the real wavenumber satellites) obtained by the real wavenumber estimating section (the wavenumber position estimating section 110), the number of the integer wavenumbers estimated by an integer wavenumber estimating section (the wave number position estimating section 110), and a plurality of criteria.
