PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for promoting the leveling of power use that more promotes the leveling of power use.;SOLUTION: The system for promoting the leveling of power use includes a first task 43 that sets an adjustment to a standard unit electric rate for each hour of a day based on the demand for power in each hour, a second task 44 that calculates the power use ratio of target power consumers during a non-peak period, and a third task 45 that sets a unit electric rate for each hour for the target power consumers on the basis of the adjustment for each hour set in the first task 43 and the power use ratio calculated in the second task 44.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
