PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a benefit information management system that can be installed at a low cost and a benefit information management method.;SOLUTION: In a mobile communication terminal, a control part causes a reading part to read a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) indicated by a two-dimensional code with logo, and accesses the URL. In a point management server, a control part reads points to be given or the like corresponding to the URL accessed by the mobile communication terminal, from a two-dimensional code DB (Date Base) (step S29). The control part reads login ID (Identification Data) and a password received in a communication part, or points and remaining points corresponding to an individual number from a member DB (step S31).
