The process which poly lactic acid or include the D lactic acid unit poly lactic acid and the poly lactic acid which include the L lactic acid unit dissolves the poly lactic acid independent polymer which includes the D lactic acid unit which is the optical isomer which is not included in block copolymer, or the said block copolymer which include with the organicity high-molecular at least 1 genera where structure differs or the poly lactic acid independent polymer which includes the L lactic acid unit in the solvent, prepares the high-molecular mixed solution and the process which removes the solvent in the said high-molecular mixed solution and, it is production manner of the poly lactic acid stereo complex crystal which it possesses.
