A method for noninvasive diagnosis of the functional state of the endothelium during pregnancy comprises the determining of diameter of the brachial and posterior tibial arteries in standing and lying by ultrasound ultrasonic doppler study. Using the values of increasing the diameter of the arteries, at reactive hyperemia gestational endoteliopaty is diagnosed or doubtful reaction of endotelia-dependant vasodilatation or absence of gestational endoteliopaty.
