A method for treatment of foraminal hernias of dorsolumbar intervertebral diskes by laser microdiscectomy which is a method for surgical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and at the time of lumbar puncture laser microdiscectomy at the beginning of the procedure puncture needle using computed tomography is installed maximally close to the center of the disc, after the completion of microdiscectomy the needle is further placed near the hernia base, and this area is irradiated with laser.
