METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT AT DISEASES OF THYROID GLAND

A method for surgical treatment at diseases of thyroid gland comprises the access to the thyroid by Kocher and provides the skin incision and subcutaneous fat in the transverse direction, longitudinal sectional view of the second and third neck fascia followed electrofascial isolation of particles. The intervention is performed through the skin incision of 4-6 cm, without separation of skin pieces, mobilizing and crossing the isthmus and removal of affected parts by electrofascial technique. For the dissection of biological tissue and vessel coagulation the technology of biological tissue electrowelding is used.
