A tub comprises a hopper, in the lower part of the housing of which an outlet is made for dispensing a mortar, a supporting frame, which is adjacent to the hopper housing, a sector shutter mounted with possibility of closing the outlet by a linkage system, which is equipped with a lever with a control handle of the sector shutter, a flexible element for transmitting operator’s effort to the linkage system through a lever for control of the operation of the sector shutter. The tub further comprises a fixed unit located on the hopper housing or on the support frame opposite the area of location of the lever handle, which is located in the upper dead point, while in the roller chute of a fixed unit a flexible element is reeved, which is made in the form of a closed circuit. Also, the tub comprises an additional guide unit, in the roller chute of which the flexible element is reeved, wherein said guide unit is located under the fixed unit in the area of location of the hopper outlet and is located on the hopper housing or on the support frame.
