METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ACTIVE PHASE OF CHRONIC DYSFUNCTION OF RENAL ALLOGRAFT

A method for the determination of active phase of chronic dysfunction of renal allograft includes obtaining blood samples of recipients of renal allograft in far post-operative period and determination of content of creatinine in blood serum. Additionally activity of lysosomal enzyme N-acetyl--D-hexozaminidase (NAH) in urine is determined, and when content of creatinine in blood serum 150 µmol/l and activity of NAH in urine 34 (nmol/(s×l)/mmol/l of urine creatinine) an active phase of chronic dysfunction of renal allograft is stated.
