METHOD FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING DEGENERATIVE DISEASES OF LUMBAR DIVISION OF BACKBONE

A method for preventing or treating the degenerative diseases of the lumbar division of the backbone comprises the detection of the damaged, adaptively shortened and adaptively elongated muscles and the physical exercises. The type of vertebral-pelvic imbalance is ascertained (compensated or uncompensated) by measuring the angle of the lumbar lordosis and the inclination of the sacra. Among the damaged muscles, the flexors and the extensors of the lumbar division of the backbone, the pelvis and the femurs affecting the angle of the lumbar lordosis and the inclination of the sacra are detected. The isometric tests for muscular endurance are provided with calculation of extensor-flexor endurance ratio.
