METHOD FOR FORMATION OF ESOPHAGOINTESTINAL ANASTOMOSIS BY octamerous SUTURES AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ESOPHAGEAL CANCER

A method for forming the esophagogastric anastomosis using octamerous sutures in the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer comprises the joint of resected esophagus with the stomach stump by the principle of end-to-side. The entire range of junction is formed with the proposed octamerous sutures as their simultaneous double row, in which the edge of anasomized organs, continuous layer connects the through contraction joints with their coating with sero-muscular layer.
