A scraper conveyor for moving bulk cargo consists of a frame, driving and driven shafts, two traction chains with scrapers, a loading device in the form of a loading hopper and a longitudinal conveyor belt installed beneath. Above driving drum of a conveyor belt with a gap "" between the surfaces and angle "" to its axis an active smooth guide drum is located, on the part of surface of which a spiral winding is formed. The drum through a gap adjusting mechanism is secured on a platform, which is movably connected to the frame of a scraper conveyor, whose working arm is under the belt conveyor. Both conveyors have a common longitudinal axis, relative to which a loading bucket is mounted with an offset.
