The lubricating bearing (10) comprises an inner surface, a first portion adapted to lubricate the crankshaft (6) in hydrostatic regime load bearing conditions start or stop of the mechanical press (1) and a second zone, arranged substantially opposite said first area, adapted for lubricating the lubricating bearing (10) in hydrodynamic regime for the remainder of the operating time of the mechanical press (1).
