An electrode plate (37) is located in a refrigerator, while being insulatedfrom the inner wall of the refrigerator, and an object of treatment is placedon the electrode plate (37), also while being insulated from the inner wall ofthe refrigerator, followed by the application of a voltage suitable for foodto the same.
