In an embodiment, the present system and methodprovidesan interactive electronic survey platform - for example a touch screen displayor kioskset up near the lobby of a hotel, or on a mobile platform such as a tablet ata restauranttable - offering an incentive for customers to complete a short interactivesatisfactionsurvey.
