The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly nanobrush-type alternative plasticizer compound and to a method for manufacturing same using a one-pot process. A nanobrush-type alternative plasticizer, according to the present invention, is a compound in which an environmentally-friendly, biocompatible lactone monomer undergoes ring-opening polymerization with a core substance, which is not harmful to the body or to the environment, to remove a phthalate compound, a substance which is obstructive to the endocrine system, and ultimately in which a hydroxyl group at the end of a brush is stabilized. The environmentally-friendly nanobrush-type alternative plasticizer exhibits a superior plasticizing effect and can be a response to environmental hormone problems and environmental regulations, due to superior miscibility with PVC and absence of leakage to outside of the PVC. Also, the method for manufacturing the environmentally-friendly nanobrush-type alternative plasticizer, according to the present invention, is the one-pot process not using an organic solvent, allowing the manufacturing of the environmentally-friendly nanobrush-type alternative plasticizer having economic, commercial, and environmental viability.
