IMMINENT EARTHQUAKE MONITORING METHOD FOR GREAT EARTHQUAKE

A imminent earthquake monitoring system for great earthquake is used to solve the practical problem of laying out imminent earthquake monitoring points for grate earthquake with low cost and high density. The system comprises at least one monitoring unit and at least one monitoring center. Each monitoring unit is constructed by a sensing unit and a processing unit. The sensing unit is capable of at least sensing earthquake sound and ground stress change. The processing unit performs pre-processing on a sensing signal or data received from the sensing unit, and sends the signal or data to the monitoring center. One monitoring center is responsible for receiving data sent from multiple monitoring units of an area, and performing analytical processing. Multiple monitoring centers being connected may cover a larger area. The monitoring unit is mounted as a foundation pile of a building. The system has characteristics of low cost, easy mounting, and flexible networking, and is suitable for dense layout of imminent earthquake monitoring for great earthquake.
