METHOD FOR PURIFYING AND RECOVERING OF ORGANIC GARBAGE IN KITCHEN AND PURIFYING AND RECOVERING DEVICE THEREFOR

Disclosed is a method for purifying and recovering of organic garbage in kitchen. The method comprises the following steps: 1) grinding the organic garbage generated in home or kitchen; 2) dewatering the organic garbage in a dewatering separation operation chamber (3), then conveying it into a fermentation container (4); 3) adding microbe agents for fermentation operation; 4) conducting drying and sterilizing operation, thus obtaining organic fertilizers. Also disclosed is a purifying and recovering device for organic garbage in kitchen using the above method, which comprises a grinding system (2), a dewatering separation operation chamber (3), a fermentation container (4) and a drying and sterilizing operation chamber (5). The drying and sterilizing operation chamber (5) is provided with an organic fertilizer outlet. The method can quickly and efficiently ferment organic garbage in kitchen in place, thus eliminating environment odor and reducing environmental pollution. The method can process garbage and recover renewable resource, and it is conveniently used by families, clean and healthful.
