The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition containing isorhamnetin-3-glucoside-7-rhamnoside (IGR) separated from Hippophae rhamnoides leaves as an active ingredient. The IGR compound separated from the extract of Hippophae rhamnoides leaves according to the present invention has antioxidant, antibiotic, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory effects, and therefore may be valuably used as a cosmetic composition for preventing or reducing aging, as an antioxidant health food composition, as an antibiotic pharmaceutical composition, as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, as a health food composition for preventing or ameliorating cancer, as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammation, and as a health food composition for preventing or ameliorating inflammation.
