This mechanism is conceived to be applied to a musical percussion instrument, generally known as Cajon, suitable for any type of musical genre or style, and especially for Flamenco, Afro-Peruvian, Caribbean music, and all ethnic music, made in the shape of a box, consisting of laminar sides, and featuring at least one opening for the communication of the inner space of the instrument with the exterior, and a framework for the fastening of the playing surface (2) to the body of the instrument (1). Such framework is at least one, and it consists of four supports (10) placed on each internal facing and opposed edge, being each support (10) formed by one fixed block, fitted with extractable and threaded metallic elements (11) (compasses), allowing the placement of passing bolts (7) for the fastening of the beating surface (2) to the body of the instrument (1), and also allowing for each one of such threaded elements (11) to be replaced.
