Provided in the present invention are a blood separating vessel for extracting autologous platelets, and to an apparatus for extracting autologous platelets. One aspect of a blood separating vessel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a vessel part provided with an inner space, which includes an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber; a liquid collecting portion partitioning portions of the upper liquid chamber and the lower liquid chamber, and connecting the remaining portions of the upper liquid chamber and the lower liquid chamber; an upper cover selectively opening and closing the upper liquid chamber; and a lower cover inserted into the vessel part and opening and closing the lower liquid chamber, and moving into the lower liquid chamber to reduce the volume in the lower liquid chamber.
