Disclosed is a method for the prevention and control of infectious diseases of shrimp species by deploying coioides and groupers. The method is: deploying sequentially coioides and groupers into a shrimp farming area, thereby implementing the prevention of the infectious diseases of shrimp species, thus improving the survival rate of shrimps. The method of the present invention prevents diseased shrimps from spreading an epidemic among schools of healthy shrimps, thus reducing the workload of manual removal of diseased shrimps and deceased shrimps, improving the removal efficiency and farming success rate, and providing farmers with increased economic benefits.
