The present invention relates to a shoe, and in particular, to a shoe in which a cooling function and a heating function are provided in a midsole portion constituting a sole of a shoe. The midsole comprises a combination of a plurality of divided unit pieces, and one or more functional unit pieces comprises: a thermally conductive body; a slot groove depressed from the upper surface of the body; a heating plate inserted into the slot groove; a thermoelement combined to the heating plate; an interception plate provided on the upper surface of the heating plate so as to allow the upper surface of the thermoelement to be exposed; and a battery which is provided at a skeletal unit piece adjacent to the functional unit piece and is connected to the thermoelement so as to supply electricity.
