The locating component (600) includes a first locating part (610) contacting the liquid crystal panel and a second locating part (620) fixedly connected to the first locating part (610). The locating component (600) can not only cooperate with the middle frame (300) to form a liquid crystal display module but can also cooperate with a complete machine front frame (500) to form a liquid crystal display device, which has good universality, is convenient to assemble, and can remove the need for the front frame, simplify the installation fixation structure, and lower the costs.
