The present invention relates to a method of reconstructing imaging signals (6) in a biological medium on the basis of experimental measurements (1) perturbed by movements, implementing measurements representative of said movements (2), at least one model of movement comprising movement parameters (13, 14), and an imaging sampling grid (21), which method furthermore comprises steps of (i) constructing a movement sampling grid by selecting a restricted set of points on the basis of the imaging sampling grid, and (ii) calculation of movement parameters (12) by inverting a linear system (10) at the points of said movement sampling grid. The invention also relates to devices implementing the method.
