A service level management device (100) is provided with an analysis unit (106), an aggregation unit (102) and a service level computation unit (104). Said analysis unit (106) analyzes a service level definition table (110), and on the basis of a unit conversion definition table (108) that defines a relationship between aggregation units with different attributes, defines multiple different service levels having the same attribute and different aggregation units, and defines a grouping aggregation unit that groups aggregation units having the same attribute. Said aggregation unit (102) finds an aggregate value for management data. On the basis of multiple service level definition tables (110), said service level computation unit (104) computes a service level from the aggregate value. The aggregation unit (102) aggregates the management data for each grouping aggregation unit to find the aggregate value. On the basis of the aggregate value for each grouping aggregation unit, the service level computation unit (104) computes the service level defined by the multiple service level definition tables (110).
