The invention relates to methods and media which are usable for maintaining and regenerating physiological functions of the human body and which can be actively used, including for caring for the condition of facial and/or body skin, and also can be used when carrying out physiotherapy. What are proposed are: a method for maintaining and regenerating physiological functions of the body, which method is universal and provides for both full and partial maintaining and regenerating of physiological functions of the body for a period of time which differs in length, using various media having a positive effect on the body, both of a physical and of a biological character, and also media for maintaining and regenerating physiological functions of the body, which media are likewise universal and provide for both full and partial maintaining and regenerating of physiological functions of the body for a period of time which differs in length, using various media having a positive effect on the body, both of a physical and of a biological character. The proposed inventions are industrially applicable, are actively used in practice, contain a full set of procedures and media for maintaining and regenerating physiological functions of the body and can serve as a basis for offering corresponding services, including in beauty salons.
