The invention relates to an encapsulated electrical connection for sensors subjected in particular to thermal and/or pressure-side loads, such as measuring probes in the exhaust tract of engines, in particular mantle thermocouples, comprising a tube or a sleeve, having a sensor at the end thereof facing the measuring location, wherein connecting lines are guided by the tube or the sleeve to the end away from the measuring location. The connecting lines of the at least one sensor are further electrically insulated from each other and are connected to an assembled cable, and the connection region is enclosed by a protective arrangement. According to the invention, a molded part having partition webs for fixing the connection line ends and the cable spaced apart from each other is present at the connection point, wherein the molded part comprises a mechanically damping sheath. The cable runs through at least two grommets spaced apart and receiving a flexible sealing insert in the space therebetween. The protective arrangement is implemented as a hollow metal body extending from the outermost grommet to the tube or the sleeve of the sensor, and comprises a plurality of compression segments.
