Method and system for generating behavioral studies of an individual, the system comprising:a) peripheral devices (410) of control, visualization and data capture, to project the real movement of users into the virtual environment;b) processor (11) for processing information of the virtual environment and behavior of the user;c) storage medium (12) configured with an application module (1000) to provide the virtual environment;d) dedicated storage medium configured with an On-Line module (1100) for storing a database with information of the virtual environment and the behavior of the user,e) visualization means (14) to display graphical representation of the behavior of the user, illustrated by the On-Line Module (1100) with the database through the storage medium (12);;Peripheral devices of visualization comprise virtual reality lenses with stereoscopic vision, whereas peripheral devices of data capture comprise markers and a motion tracking device (5) to identify the exact position of the user with respect to the virtual environment.
