This unpleasant sound pressure estimation system (100) is provided with: a sound stimulus scheduling unit (90) for determining a timing for outputting a sound stimulus group so that measurement times for the event-related potential of a second sound and third sound are a predetermined duration of sustained noise after a timing when subsequent periodic noise occurs, on the basis of a timing when a noise occurs predicted from a time interval where a plurality of periodic noises occur from a user's brainwave signal, and also on the basis of an interval of sound stimuli; an event-related potential feature amount extraction unit (55) for receiving timings at which the sound stimulus group is outputted and also extracting a feature amount of an event-related potential of the brainwave signal, for which the starting point is each of the timings at which the sound stimulus group is outputted within the user's brainwave signal measured by a biological signal measurement unit; and an unpleasant sound pressure determination unit (65) for determining an unpleasant sound pressure in relation to the frequency of the sound stimulus group, on the basis of the feature amount extracted by the event-related potential feature amount extraction unit.
