Cleaning composition comprises an oil phase comprising 10-70 wt.% of isopropyl palmitate and/or isopropyl myristate, 25-85 wt.% of 2-ethylhexyl palmitate, 0.1-3 wt.% of vegetable oil, preferably almond oil, and 0.01-2 wt.% of an ingredient comprising lipophilic dye, lipophilic preservative, preferably benzyl alcohol, antioxidant, oil-soluble UV filters or perfume; and an aqueous phase comprising 70-95, preferably 80-95 wt.% of water, 0.25-3.5, preferably 0.3-1.2 wt.% of water-soluble inorganic salts and 0.0001-0.05 wt.% of one or more surfactants.
