PURPOSE: A multi-layer film with excellent blocking and heat-adhesiveness is provided to enhance adhesive property and oxygen barrier between interfaces of two resins.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer film with excellent blocking and heat-adhesiveness comprises an aliphatic polycarbonate layer(10) and a polypropylene polymer layer(20). Laminate is formed by co-extrusion and biaxial orientation, and is laminated more than 2 layers. In the co-extrusion process, the aliphatic polycarbonate is fused and emitted at 120-220 deg. Celsius. The polypropylene is fused and emitted at 140-300 deg. Celsius. The co-extrusion process uses either blown or casting type film molder. In the biaxially oriented process, the drawing temperature is 60-190 deg. Celsius, and the draw ratio is 2-8 times in the longitudinal direction and transverse direction. A manufacturing method of the multi-layer film with excellent blocking and heat-adhesiveness comprises the following steps: manufacturing a first resin composition which includes the aliphatic polycarbonate; manufacturing a second resin composition which includes polypropylene; fusing the first resin composition and the second resin composition; co-extruding the fused resin composition by using the blown or casting type molder; and biaxially orienting the co-extruded molded product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
