PURPOSE: A physical foam removal method from a bio-reactor for plant-cell culturing is provided to utilize stable management of the bio-reactor and the application.;CONSTITUTION: A physical foam removal method from a bio-reactor for plant-cell culturing comprises the following steps: breaking foam which passes a bottleneck by making the bottleneck in the bio-reactor; and increasing the temperature of the bottleneck(3) by attaching an electric heating device to the bottleneck. The foam removal step for foams generated during cell culturing in the bio-reactor is processed the bottleneck temperature at 50-200 deg. Celsius. The foam is broken by deviating from the bottleneck.
