PURPOSE: A producing method of a sculpture having a shape of vocanic stones is provided to improve the strength of the sculpture, and to produce plural pores on the surface of the sculpture. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a sculpture having a shape of vocanic stones comprises the following steps: producing an outer surface layer(120) on the outer surface of a model(110); forming a first foamed cement layer(130) by laminating a first composition on the outer surface of the model; stirring, foaming, drying, and crushing a composition for a crushed material to obtain thick granular products; mixing the thick granular products with a second composition, and laminating the mixture on the surface of the first foamed cement layer to obtain a second foamed cement layer(140); and forming a concavo-convex structure on the surface of the second foamed cement layer.
