PURPOSE: An energy saving type water regeneration apparatus using a power accumulation type desalination technique is provided to maximize the efficiency of energy by minimizing power supplied from outside. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving type water regeneration apparatus includes an aerobic membrane separation active sludge bath(11), a capacitive deionization treatment bath(12), and a power supplying unit(14). The aerobic membrane separation active sludge bath decomposes organic materials from a sewage and wastewater treatment introducing part. The capacitive deionization treatment bath removes nutritive salts and dissolved salts from the rear part of the aerobic separation membrane active sludge bath. The power supplying unit includes a solar light collecting part, a generating part, and a charging part. The generating part converts solar light into electric energy.
