PURPOSE: A powerless height adjustable basin is provided to facilitate the cleaning of the bottom thereof and to enable the disabled to easily use the basin. CONSTITUTION: A powerless height adjustable basin comprises: a fixation plate(3) which is installed in the lower wall of the basin and has a fixing plate on the top thereof; an actuator shaft(2) which is fixed to the fixing plate; an actuator body(1) which is installed to ascend and descends along the shaft by water pressure; a lower connecting plate(6) which is connected to the actuator body and supports the bottom of the actuator body; a rail bar which is perpendicularly installed in the right and left of the lower connecting plate; and a rail(5) which is installed in the rail bar.
