PURPOSE: A sprout cultivation cartridge and a sprout automatic cultivation apparatus including thereof are provided to fundamentally block the insertion of contaminants into the cultivation apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A sprout automatic cultivation apparatus comprises the following: a main body unit(100) including a storage unit(130) for detachably inserting a sprout cultivation cartridge; a front door(120) located on the front side of the main body unit for secluding the storage unit and receiving the sprout cultivation cartridge; a handle located on the front side of the front door; a transparent window for users to observe the growth of vegetable sprouts, produced with a glass or acryl material; and a supporter(140) for supporting the sprout cultivation cartridge.
